Position: Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Description: OnPointe is accepting resumes from exceptional professionals for the position of Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at Sunflower Park, a facility that will lead and shape the next generation of skilled nursing and long term care services. This hospitality driven facility will provide both skilled rehabilitation services and long term care services in a sophisticated, well designed setting that is unmatched. OnPointe isn't a facility.   •  Must hold a current Nursing Home Administrator license
  •  Minimum of five years’ experience as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator
  •  Must have a proven track record of integrity and performance, and an in-depth knowledge of the Long Term Care industry (customer satisfaction; employee satisfaction; regulatory compliance; clinical; financial)
  •  Embrace the standards, values, and beliefs of the organization
  •  Excellent communication skills
  •  Excellent organizational skills
  •  Must exhibit sound judgment making skills, patience and compassion
  •  Strong analytic and business skills 
  •  Be capable of maintaining effective working relationships with residents, family members, staff members and stakeholders
  •  Possess the flexibility to approach skilled nursing and long term care services through a hospitality based  model

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Position:  Responsibilities include facility management, compliance management, facility staffing and retention, census building, business management, marketing and revenue management and community relations

  •  Monitoring of resident care  and services to achieve quality outcomes and high customer satisfaction
  •  Responsible for census development goals
  •  Responsible for staffing development goals
  •  Responsible for financial performance and management of all business operations of the facility
  •  Responsible for annual budget, P&L analysis, and reviews, statistical and financial reports
  •  Monitoring and maintenance of accurate medical records for billing, auditing, and regulatory compliance within approved company guidelines
  •  Responsible for managing and monitoring all departments for regulatory compliance
  •  Monitor and evaluate programs to promote the recruitment, retention, career development and continuing education of staff
  • Develop, monitor and evaluate  long range marketing and community outreach program
  • Organize and direct committees and meetings per company policies
